Group Clinical Supervision for LMSWs in Texas

$55/supervision hour with a group of 2-6 LMSWs. Biweekly for 2 hours. Virtual only. Clinical supervisor in the state of Texas to receive LCSW licensure.

Description:

I help LMSWs in Texas see private practice clients, learn business skills, and build clinical mastery in sustainable niches. If you're a neurodivergent LMSW, welcome! I often say counseling is the best neurodivergent job. You have the opportunity to build a sustainable job as a therapist, without meeting larger group practice metrics or working a draining schedule. In our work together you can build three pillars: common sense business knowledge, clinical mastery in a niche, and sustainable self-care practices.

I help neurodivergent LMSWs learn a common sense private practice structure, so you can exit clinical supervision with a business. I help LMSWs identify a sustainable client niche that will pay the bills, identify realistic strategies to sustain this work as a decades long career.

I travel full time while maintaining a sustainable business in Texas. I'm a person centered therapist and I pull heavily from self-compassion, solutions-focused, motivational interviewing, ERP for OCD, and internal family systems. All of these interventions are grounded in my own psychodynamic and Gestalt training, but of course with neurodivergent clients sometimes folks truly need a solution.

Individual Consultation Meetings

$80 for 53/min. I can answer your questions about ADHD, navigating ADHD psychiatry, autism, OCD, traveling full time as a therapist, and managing a private practice when you have ADHD.
